Cozy Nordic Holiday Items to Warm Up Your Winter Decor
Plus a few favorites that on my wish list at the moment, too.
Are you team “No No No” or “Ho Ho Ho”? I’m definitely in the holiday spirit this year! I know it’s early, but I’m embracing it because last year, I got into the festive mood too late and felt like I missed out on the Christmas cheer. I was so wrapped up in a big work project that went right up until Christmas, and I ended up stressing straight into the new year with a January launch looming.
This year, I’ve made sure I have no major deadlines in January so I can fully enjoy the season. I’m planning to spend November 16 through New Year’s in a warm, festive, and positive mental place. No more stressing about politics and things I can’t change. I’ll start decorating on the 1st Advents as per usual. I’m even thinking of hosting my first holiday party since pre-Covid. Right now, all I want is to soak up the joy, share it with friends, and just savor the season. With everything going on in the world, a little extra cheer feels like the best, most meaningful thing we can give to each other.
To get you in the holiday mood, I thought I’d round up a few Nordic-inspired holiday decor items that you’re sure to like. Like the pine and twinkle lights on the stairwell above and the pretty branch in the window. Simple but gorgeous.
