Hi Holly,

I had coronavirus in august and my experience was very similar to yours in that it moved through my body moment by moment or day by day with different symptoms. I had some of the same symptoms you had and others you did not but I don’t think I felt fully healed until about 5 weeks from day one. What helped me the most was rest and the usual supplements like vitamin C and zinc. I also included ginger juice shots (orange, lemon, ginger and I added one apple through the juicer) - these helped my energy and overall health. Thanks for sharing your experience. Feel better soon 🙏🏻💕

Yes, I had it back in May, and I agree overall with your sense that you could almost feel the virus moving around the body sequentially affecting one thing after another. It did in my case trigger a mild cough and a feeling sort of similar to being at altitude that was never severe, but abated extremely gradually over the course of months and I still don't feel quite 100%.

It’s been several weeks and I feel fine but I have this stupid cough I cannot kick! Thank you for being here and saying hello. 🎉

I hope I don't JINX myself. But, no we haven't gotten the virus. I don't know if it is due to getting all shots & 2 boosters; we stay away from people & places where people tend to be flippant about the virus or that we are lucky?

But, we have traveled by car & plane quite a bit since March 2021.

We have tested quite a few times when we've felt like we are getting sick, but test negative.

Feel better soon. Sleep as much as you need to.

Ha ha I said the same thing the weekend before last to my friend. How I’ve never had corona and neither has my husband or son. Then 5 days later I tested positive. We don’t travel - I’ve not left Germany since January 2020 when I was in Denmark! Well no I went to America in summer 2022 to be with my dying mom - but that was it - Nearly 3 years without regular travel - I’ve left my state twice. I barely ride public transportation and walk or ride my bicycle everywhere. I work from home and so does my husband. It seems I got corona from my physical therapy appointment- my therapist had it and didn’t know and we both wore masks during my appointment but somehow I caught it. So yeah, no clue about this stupid Corona. I am vaccinated 4x.

Hello dear Holly,

thank you for sharing this rather personal information. It is a sign of trusting our little community. As far as Corona is concerned, so far I have been fortunate and have not caught it. (Or it has caught me, would be more appropriate).

One of my friends described it as a Disease From Hell. She was able to support her recovery using Homeopathy but, only because she is rather experienced in that area.

What you discribe sounds horrible. It does make me wonder why one does not read more about such descriptions in the "official channels"? Be that as it may I hope you continue to grow stronger, day by day.

With friendly greetings,

SuSa

Yes I agree, a lot of this isn't officially reported online - many of my friends say the same. One of my closest friends got Corona at 44 and lost 3% of her lung capacity and now, 2 years later, she cannot walk and talk on her phone at the same time and climbing a flight of stairs leaves her severely out of breath (long Covid). It's crazy how many cases exist that no one hears about.

So sorry you’ve had such a rough time. It sounds scary and awful.

Take good care of yourself. I hope you are on the mend.
